DESCRIPTION
Atizone is highly effective against a wide range of internal and external parasites in livestock. It targets worms and flukes present in the abomasum, small intestine, large bowel, lungs, and liver of cattle, sheep, and goats.
Internal Parasites (Worms & Flukes):
- Round worms
- Liver flukes (all stages - from day one to adult phase)
- Tape worms
- Brown stomach worms

Due to its unique combination, Atizone has a dual attack on:
- Trichostrongylus axei
- Haemonchus spp.
- Ostertagia spp. (including inhibited L4 larvae)

Due to its Triclabendazole content, Atizone is highly effective against all stages of liver fluke, from day one to the adult phase.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PROFILE
- Albendazole: Indicated for the treatment of roundworms, lungworms, tapeworms, and adult liver fluke. Also used to treat neurocysticercosis (nervous system infection caused by pork tapeworms).
- Ivermectin: Works by interfering with the nerve and muscle functions of worms, paralyzing and killing them. Used to treat river blindness (onchocerciasis) and intestinal infections from threadworms (strongyloidiasis).
- Triclabendazole: The drug of choice to treat liver fluke infections in livestock due to its high activity. Infections usually occur after eating contaminated water plants (watercress or algae).
