DESCRIPTION

LINKZONE-11 is a water-soluble antibiotic powder containing lincomycin hydrochloride, a lincosamide antibiotic with potent activity against gram-positive bacteria and anaerobic pathogens. Lincomycin exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis through binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit [citation:3].

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

LINKZONE-11 is administered via drinking water. For optimal results, fresh medicated water should be prepared daily [citation:1][citation:5].

Recommended Dosage:

• Broiler Chickens: 64 mg of lincomycin per gallon of drinking water (approximately 16.9 mg per liter) [citation:2][citation:5][citation:6]
• Calculation: Each kilogram of LINKZONE-11 (11 g lincomycin) medicates approximately 650 liters of drinking water at the recommended concentration (based on 16.9 mg/L)

Alternative Dosage Based on Body Weight:

• 3-6 mg lincomycin per kg body weight per day [citation:3]

Preparation of Medicated Water:
